This policy covers TacosElBigotes.us, the website of Tacos El Bigotes, a taqueria with kitchens at 8400 S Gessner Dr and 12661 Tomball Pkwy, Suite 100 in Houston, Texas. It explains what happens to your information when you use this website. It does not cover what happens inside the Uber Eats app or on Google Maps, which have their own policies.
What We Collect
The site only shows our menu, hours, locations and food guides. It has no accounts, sign-up forms, comment boxes, checkout, analytics or ads. Here is the full picture:

Server Logs
TacosElBigotes.us is hosted on Vercel. Like every web host, Vercel automatically records basic request data (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) so the site can load and be protected from abuse. We do not use these logs to identify visitors. Vercel explains its handling in its privacy policy.
Cookies And Browser Storage
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so a page load does not contact Google Fonts or other outside services. You can clear site data at any time in your browser settings.
Orders, Directions And Calls
The Order Online buttons open Uber Eats, and directions links open Google Maps. Anything you enter there is collected by those companies under their own policies, not by us.
When you call either kitchen, the staff member on the phone only uses your name and order to get it ready for pickup. We do not record calls or add callers to a marketing list.
Selling Or Sharing Data
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Because the site does not collect personal information, there is nothing to share with marketers or data brokers.
Children
The site is a restaurant menu meant for a general audience and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13, in line with the FTC's COPPA rule.
Your Choices And Rights
Since we hold no personal profiles, there is usually nothing to access or delete. If you believe we hold information about you, contact us and we will check and respond. Texas residents can read about their rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act on the Attorney General's site.
